Improved trough brass valve
PHILMAC has revamped its popular trough brass valve with a range of new features that ensure greater ease of use and durability.
Features plastic tubing pre-fitted to the cord.
The brass-bodied valve is now even easier to install due to a new hexagonal body shape, which enables the user to grip the valve anywhere on the body with adjustable spanners or multi-grips.
The plastic valve body has also been reinforced for improved strength and the 31.7mm design incorporates additional support to the lever to better resist twisting and damage by over-exuberant stock.
Other features include:
* Plastic tubing pre-fitted to the cord to prevent fouling on the valve body in low water situations
* New tie-off method on the float making the cord easier to adjust
* Increased distance between threaded end and lever to prevent contact with the side of the trough
* 31.7mm valves now comes pre-packed in a clamshell to make stocking easier.
